Which one do you need?

By group size

Most people book by headcount and then discover the luggage does not fit. Work it out in that order and the choice is usually obvious.

One to three people

A Standard or Premium Sedan. Three seats, three bags, and the cheapest way to move a small party. If there are three of you plus a full set of luggage, step up to an SUV rather than squeezing.

Four to six people

A Compact or Premium SUV. Six seats and four bags, and the only sensible choice if anyone is in formal dress — you step across into an SUV rather than down into a sedan.

Fourteen to thirty

A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or the executive coach. Luggage travels with the passengers, which is what makes them work for airport groups where a line of SUVs would not.

Not sure? Tell us how many people, how many bags and where you are going, and we will name the vehicle — including when the smaller one is the better call.

What comes as standard

The same in every class

The vehicle changes with the job. What sits behind the wheel, and what it costs to find out, does not.

In every vehicle, whichever you book
  • A chauffeur who is background-checked before they drive
  • Licensed and insured for livery, which is not the same as personal cover
  • Detailed daily, and on the morning of the booking for weddings
  • Flight tracking on any airport pickup
  • A price agreed before you travel
Ask for it when you book
  • Child seats, fitted before the car leaves, at no extra charge
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal on airport arrivals
  • Additional stops written into the booking
  • A specific vehicle class, if the day calls for one

Common questions

Choosing a vehicle

How many bags actually fit?
A sedan takes three, an SUV four, and the Sprinter and coach carry luggage alongside the passengers. Those are realistic figures for full-size cases rather than best-case with cabin bags — if you are close to the limit, tell us and we will size up.
Can I choose a specific vehicle?
You book a class rather than a numbered car, because the exact vehicle depends on what is free that day. If a particular class matters — a Premium Sedan for a client, an SUV for a dress — say so when you book and we will hold it.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, at no extra charge, and fitted before the car leaves rather than handed to you at the curb. Tell us the age of the child when you book so we bring the right one.
Which vehicle works with a wedding dress?
An SUV or a stretch. You step across into them rather than down into a low seat, which makes a real difference with a ballgown or a long train.
Are the vehicles insured for carrying passengers commercially?
Yes. Every vehicle is licensed and insured for livery service, which is a different and higher standard than the personal insurance a private car carries. Documentation is available if your company needs it for a duty-of-care file.
What if my group does not fit one vehicle?
We put you in two rather than overload one, because vehicles cannot legally carry more than they are seated for. We will tell you that when you book rather than on the day.
Is there a minimum booking?
No minimum hire on point-to-point work. Hourly bookings have a minimum that varies by vehicle class — the quote will show it before you commit.
