Chicago airport transfers

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked from the moment it leaves the origin airport, so the pickup moves with the aircraft rather than the timetable. An early landing or a three-hour delay makes no difference to what you pay, and you do not need to call us. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free waiting from the moment you land, international arrivals a full hour.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Curbside at arrivals as standard. Your chauffeur sends the vehicle description and pickup location by text as you land. If you would rather be met inside at baggage claim with a name board, add meet-and-greet when you book — that is the only time the chauffeur comes into the terminal.
How far ahead should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a sedan or an SUV. Give us a few days for a Sprinter or a coach, particularly around holidays and graduation weekends. Same-day is often possible — call rather than book online and we will tell you straight away whether a car is free.
Do you cover private jet terminals?
Yes. We collect from the private aviation terminals at O’Hare, Midway and Chicago Executive. Give us the tail number instead of a flight number and we track the aircraft the same way.
What time will the car collect me for a departure?
For a domestic flight we normally collect two and a half hours before take-off, and three hours for international. From the Loop that means about 35 minutes on the road to O’Hare and 25 to Midway. If you would rather leave earlier, name the pickup time and we will hold it.
Can I book a child seat?
Yes, at no extra charge. Add it when you book, or call and we will fit it before the car leaves.
Do you only serve Chicago airports?
Chicago is our base, but we run the same service nationwide — JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Boston Logan, Dulles, LAX and Orlando among them — and by road across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Sedan and SUV reservations canceled within 48 hours of the pickup time are charged in full. Sprinter, limousine and bus reservations are non-refundable once booked. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
