By booking transportation services with Global Limousine Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Lost & Found
Global Limousine Services is not responsible for personal belongings left in any vehicle. If an item is found by our staff or chauffeur, it will be turned over to our Lost & Found department. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in returning recovered items, we assume no financial responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings.
2. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
- The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or any member of their party during the reservation.
- A $350 sanitation/cleaning fee will apply for accidents, spills, bodily fluids, excessive mess, or any situation requiring professional cleaning or specialized treatment of the vehicle.
- Additional charges may apply for damage requiring repairs beyond standard cleaning.
3. Alcohol, Drugs & Illegal Activity
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in all Global Limousine Services vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption by minors and the use or possession of illegal drugs by any passenger are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
- Any fines, penalties, citations, damages, or other costs resulting from illegal activity or violations by the client or passengers will be the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Driver’s Right to Terminate Service
- The chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip immediately, without refund, if the client or any passenger engages in inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, threatening, destructive, or otherwise unacceptable behavior.
- This includes, but is not limited to, illegal activity, excessive disorderly conduct, intentional damage to the vehicle, or behavior that creates a safety concern for the chauffeur, passengers, or the public.
5. Smoking & Safety Regulations
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all company vehicles.
- Passengers are prohibited from standing through sunroofs, windows, or any other opening while the vehicle is in motion.
- Passengers must remain seated and follow all applicable safety requirements while the vehicle is moving.
6. Passenger Capacity
- Vehicles may not be loaded or occupied beyond their legally permitted seating capacity.
- Global Limousine Services reserves the right to refuse transportation if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s legal capacity.
7. Overtime & Waiting Time
- A 15-minute grace period applies after the prearranged pickup time listed on the trip sheet.
- After the 15-minute grace period, waiting/overtime charges will apply and will be billed in 15-minute increments based on the applicable hourly rate.
- Additional charges may apply when a reservation extends beyond the originally scheduled service time.
8. Weather & Road Conditions
- Global Limousine Services is not responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or termination of service caused by severe weather, unsafe road conditions, accidents, road closures, unplowed or untreated roads, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Passenger and chauffeur safety will always take priority.
9. Payment
- Any remaining balance must be paid to the chauffeur or dispatch before the trip begins, unless different payment terms have been agreed to in writing.
- A credit card processing fee of up to 4% may apply to credit card transactions.
10. Deposits & Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- The required deposit is 30% of the reservation total or $350, whichever is greater, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Sedan & SUV reservations: cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged in full.
- Sprinter, limo & bus reservations: reservations are non-refundable once booked, and full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
11. Charter Reservations
For a charter reservation, the same vehicle and chauffeur will remain with the client for the duration of the reservation. Personal items, food, and non-alcoholic beverages may remain in the vehicle during the charter, subject to the company’s cleaning and safety policies.
12. Round-Trip Reservations
- For a standard round-trip reservation consisting of separate pickup and drop-off services, the client should not leave personal belongings, food, or beverages in the vehicle between trips.
- A different vehicle and/or chauffeur may be assigned for the return portion of the reservation.
- Global Limousine Services is not responsible for items left in a vehicle during a round-trip reservation.
13. Vehicle Assignment
Global Limousine Services reserves the right to substitute a vehicle or chauffeur when necessary due to operational requirements, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Any replacement vehicle will be of a comparable or appropriate class whenever reasonably possible.
14. Acknowledgment
By booking services with Global Limousine Services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Global Limousine Services reserves the right to update these policies as necessary.
